Still Life in Germany, engraving, 1946. Johnson 20. Edition of only 30. 11 7/8 x 8 15/16 inches. Signed, titled and dated in pencil. Peterdi joined the US Army during World War II. This is one of two prints made after his discharge in 1946 and is a powerful response to the war.
